Benne (Butter) Biscuit
When i was in UK, I always liked to eat Scottish short bread. Those Biscuits reminded me of benne(Butter) biscuits made in Bangalore bakery. I always liked to eat them when i was a kid.
So recently, I started exploring to find the recipe for Benne Biscuit. One of my friend owns a Iyengar bakery and this is the recipe from there.

Step 6 - Set the oven for 300degrees.
Step 7 - Make small dough's and put it on the tray with aluminium Foil.
Step 8 - Bake it for 15 - 17mins untill you see cracks on the biscuit.
Step 9 - The best way to know it has been baked or not is to touch the biscuit, the powder should not stick to your fingers. Also watch if the biscuit bottom is turned golden brown.
Step 10 - Enjoy the biscuit and don't forget to write back to me. :)
